Day: 01 – Kathmandu arrival (1400m)
Â As you arrive at the airport the representatives of the company will be there to welcome you to the city of temples and country of Himalayas. You will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu and there will be a short briefing about the trip. In the evening you can roam around the market places on your own. Overnight in Kathmandu hotel
Day: 02 – Drive to Pokhara (850m)
Today you will be transferred to the famous tourist hub of Nepal, Pokhara. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Prithivi highway witnessing the views of thundering rivers, green hills, traditional houses and the glimpse of glittering mountains. Upon arrival check-in hotel take rest or also you can stroll around the lakeside. Overnight in Pokhara hotel
Day: 03 – Drive to Kande (1770m) and Trek to Deurali (2100m)
Take a short drive to Kande, starting point of this trek. From where you can see some clear views of Himalayas. The trail further passes through the rhododendron forests, villages then finally to the mountain pass Deurali. Get the panoramic views of Annapurna ranges. Stay overnight at teahouses in Deurali. Overnight in teahouse
Day: 04 – Trek to Low camp (2990m)
Today, you’ll be heading to low camp invigorating through the lush green forests of oak, maple, hemlock, rhododendron, flaura and fauna. The glimpse of Himalayas is always with you all the way to Low camp. Get closer yourself to clear blue sky with a perspective on the layer of the Himalayan lower region and clearing valleys toward the south. If you are lucky you may get a chance to see the wild animals like Himalayan Thar, Musk deer, Snow leopards and many others. As you reached the low cap you will be so close with the stunning Mt. Machhapuchre. Overnight in teahouse
Day: 05 – Trek to High Camp (3580m)
The trail leads you to the High camp walking uphill alongside the rivers and passes through the magnificent moss-covered trees in classic cloud forests with swirling mist. The area mostly consists of shrubs with confined rhododendron trees also there may see the beautiful bird Danphe along the trail. As you reach the higher altitude the grassland terrain is becoming wet with snow. Annapurna South seems near enough to almost touch. The views of Annapurna ranges are amazing and so close to the high camp. Overnight in teahouse
Day: 06 – Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4200m) and back to High Camp
Wake early in the morning to observe the astonishing sunrise views over the Annapurna ranges. After then embark the adventure to the Mardi Himal Base Camp, the trail is more difficult than other days with a steep climb and long hours of walking. At some points, the trail becomes more vertiginous with bumpy and steep rocky steps. After the hardest trail, you will be rewarded by the magnificent views of the entire Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Manaslu ranges.Â Mainly the tall Mardi Himal is standing right in front of you and others peaks you’re surrounded by Annapurna I, Annapurna south, Huinchuli, Baraha Shikhar, Macchapuchre. Spending enough time in the base camp descend back to High camp and stay overnight.
Day: 07 – Trek to Sidhing village and drive back to Pokhara
Enjoy the close views of snow-capped mountains and sunrise before heading to Siddhing village. Retrace your steps and follow a steep descent to low camp from where the trail takes you to the forest and then to Mardi Khola.Â After walking along with the green forests and the glimmering river you will reach the beautiful village Siding. Then take a scenic drive back to Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara hotel
Day: 08 – Drive to Chitwan (415m)
As the journey heads to another destination Chitwan with a scenic drive through the green hills, Nepalese settlements and the glimpse of Himalayas. Upon reaching check-in hotel takes a rest after a long drive then in the evening make your way to Tharu village for the exploration followed by the elephant breeding centre with a sunset view over Rapti River. As you are in the village they welcome you and present a cultural Tharu dance. Along with experience their culture, traditions and the lifestyles. Overnight in Chitwan hotel
Day: 09 – Chitwan Jungle Safari
Chitwan National park, the first National park of Nepal enlisted on UNESCO world’s heritage site where the thrilling activities can be done provides a great experience with wildlife. The day starts as you mount on elephant for jungle safari; it is exciting and must-do activities in Chitwan. Spot archaic rhino, trundling elephant, deer, beautifully colored birds, macaque monkey, wild cat, leopards, Langur and Royal Bengal tiger etc. Then, visit the elephant stables and take a bath by an elephant in Rapti River. After that head to canoeing, enjoy the views, witness crocodiles and Gharials resting at the river beds and water birds. A short walk into the jungle for bird watching, spot the variety of birds. Behold the wild lives in their natural habitat during this jungle safari. After experiencing all the activities you will be transferred back to the hotel for overnight.Â
Day: 10 – Drive to Kathmandu
With enough memories on your bag packs head back to Kathmandu with a scenic drive about 7hrs. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the hills, terraced fields, highway ships and rustling Trishuli River. Upon reaching, you will be transferred to your hotel. In Leisure time you can wander on your own in Thamel areas. Overnight in Kathmandu hotel
Day: 11 – Departure Day
The last day of the trip, today you will be transferred from your hotel to airport 3hrs before your scheduled flight.Â

TRAVEL INSURANCEProof of travel insurance is mandatory before starting the trek. Standard policies often only cover medical evacuation to 4000m so make sure the policy you get covers trekking as an activity up to 6000m. EXTRA COSTS AND EXCLUSIONSOur trekking packages are pretty much all inclusive when you arrive in Nepal. Here are additional expenses that you can plan on while trekking:

- Sleeping Bag Rental $20 and Down Jacket $15 if needed.
- All the meals are included on the trek but we only include breakfast while you are in Kathmandu.
- We suggest a tip for the guide and porter after the trek â€“ Plan on around 10% of the cost of your trek.
- We donâ€™t include drinking water on the trek which you can buy a number of places for between $1 and $3 a bottle (it gets more expensive towards base camp). A better solution is to buy water tablets in Kathmandu for around $2 and treat the water (your guide can help you find the good places to fill your water bottle).
- The other things not included on the trek are like Wifi, charging batteries and hot showers. Wifi is available in some tea houses for $3 to $5 an hour. Hot Showers are also available in a few of the tea houses for between $4 and $6. Charging electronic devices is possible in the tea houses and charging costs between $1 and $3 an hour.
- Unforeseen cost due to flight cancellation, weather conditions etc. You are responsible for extra hotel nights ($40/night) and meals in Kathmandu or Lukla for any extra days in Nepal due to flight delays.
SOLO TRAVELERSWe generally donâ€™t charge solo travelers any extra fees. Solo travelers can expect their own hotel room in Kathmandu but will need to share a room with other group members during the trek. If availability allows we will arrange private rooms on the trek as well upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICIESWe understand things happen and plans change and will refund your deposit minus a $150 cancellation fee. If your travel dates change we can generally reschedule you at no extra charge, but please provide at least 7 days advance notice.
EQUIPEMENTThe following are what we advise you obtain in the way of equipment and gear before trekking in Nepal, and are meant to keep you mobile and comfortable in a range of expected weather conditions. Trekking gear can be rented or purchased in Kathmandu at cheaper prices, remember Nepal is the home of Mount Everest, there is plenty of choice and our staff can assist you with the necessary arrangements. Except for your day pack, all luggage will be carried by porters. There is an allowance of 33lbs/15kg per person. Additional personal items not needed for the trekking portion of the trip can be checked in the hotelâ€™s storage room for no extra cost. HEAD
