    On your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by one of the company representatives. You will be transferred to your hotel and a short briefing about the trek will be done. In the evening a short yoga and meditation session will be carried out to refresh you for the next day.  Overnight stay at hotel.

      Early morning, starts your day with a yoga and meditation session. Today, you’ll be heading for a sightseeing tour to the four main UNESCO heritage sites of Kathmandu Valley.  The first place of this tour starts from Kathmandu Durbar Square, holding a great history of the medieval Nepalese throne and is home to religious temples, architecture, arts, monuments etc. Next, visit Pashupatinath temple, the sacred Hindu temple of Lord Shiva. Later, visit Swayambunath popularly known as the monkey temple. Lastly, make way to Boudhanath stupa, the largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple. After exploring all sites head back to the hotel. End up your day with a relaxing yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay at hotel.

        Start a day with a morning yoga session to stretch your legs. You will be transferred to the tourist bus for your next journey to the beautiful city Pokhara. Pokhara being the tourism hub of Nepal will amaze you with the incredible views of mountains and Phewa Lake. As you reach, explore the city and walk into the local markets to know the place better.           After completing all yoga and meditation in the morning, starts your beautiful journey driving to Nayapul. From where you will start trekking and descend shrewdly Birethani. Follow the east bank of the Burundi River to reach Tikhedhunga. Complete your day with an evening yoga and meditation session which helps to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul and feel refreshed.             With an early morning yoga session and breakfast, today’s trek begins with a real heart-starter! The adventure starts with a steep ascent and gradual uphill walk to reach Ulleri. You’ll be passing through beautiful rhododendron forests and charming villages. Along the way, enjoy the views of the Annapurna ranges. After walking continuously for an hour you will reach Ghorepani, one of the most popular sports in the Annapurna region. The final session of refreshing yoga and meditation session shall make the evening more delightful. Overnight stay at teahouses.

              Today, early morning after breakfast hike to poon hill(3210m) to get the incredible sunrise views over the Himalayas. Witness the entire Annapurna ranges including Annapurna (8091m), Dhaulagiri (8167m), Machhapuchre (6993m) and other peaks will leave you awestruck on this day. Yoga and meditation sessions will be done on the lap of the Himalayas. After spending an hour, starts to descend. Walk downhill passing beautiful bamboo and rhododendron forest along the riverside of Kimrung and reach Ghandruk. Explore the culture and tradition of different Gurung and Magar communities residing there. In the evening, do another yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay at teahouses.

                After early morning yoga and meditation starts your day trekking to Nayapul. Pass through several settlements, scenic views, dazzling rivers and a majestic waterfall. Upon reaching, enjoy a scenic drive to Pokhara. In the evening, ramble around the beautiful colourful city and explore Phewa lake and local markets. Relax your body in the cosy rooms of Pokhara after a short yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay at hotel.

                  Last day of the trip! Complete your morning yoga and meditation session. After breakfast, take a scenic drive to Kathmandu. Along the way, see the last glimpse of the Himalayas, beautiful landscape, small villages and many more. After reaching, take a rest and roam around the Kathmandu valley. Whereas Autumn provides stunning views of the mountains with good weather for trekking. 

                    As for monsoons (June to August) and winter (December to February), it is not the best time for the trek as there are several risks and uncertainties during these seasons. In the monsoon, there is a risk of heavy rainfall and landslides, while in winter, it can be hard to trek because of the heavy snowfall.
