The trek starting from Shyabru Besi leads you to one of the most dramatic trekking destinations in Nepal. The valley of glacial masses, Langtang Valley, situated 19 miles away from the capital city, has a comfortable tea house and natural trails that offer a captivating and eye-popping panorama of snow-capped mountains.

The dense pine forests dominating the skylines and the vibrant red rhododendron forest of the National Park energize your soul and cheer you on for your journey ahead. Walk past the ethnic village of Langtang as you cross Ghodatabela and pastureland, making your way to the oldest monastery in the Langtang region, Kyanjin Gompa. Try some authentic Nepali cheese in Kyanjin Gompa before you make your way to the final destination of this trek. Elevating at a height of 4773m, Kyanjin Ri is the highest point of this trek, which offers tempting views of the snow-topped pinnacles. Surround yourself with the most alluring views of Langtang Lirung (7227m), Langtang II (6596m), Yala Peak (5500m), and Dorje Lakpa (6966m) as you summit Kyanjin Ri on the 7th day of your trek. The best time to do this trek is in the spring (May–June) and autumn (September–December).
