Everest base camp heli tour

It happened to be a wonderful short trip to Everest Base Camp. We the group of five along with our tour guide Jamuna flew towards Lukla. After refueling we landed straight at Kalapatthar.
The aerial view of the mountainous ranges was very much astonishing. Our American Pilot briefed us about the tour and even told about the stories of his several heli tours. The picturesque view of Everest along with Lhotse, Makalu,
Ama Dablam took our breathe away. We spent about 20 mins there enjoying the majestic view and then headed towards Everest View Hotel. After lunch with heavenly scene of the snow capped mountains, the hotel owner gave us farewell and we headed back to the international airport.
Overall, the whole trip was something I would like to call once in a lifetime experience. Our tour guide was very generous and helped us take beautiful photographs. We also had a city sight seeing tour that evening and a grand celebration at our hotel. Without Himalayan Recreation,
it wouldn't be so amazing!

Great Upper Mustang Trekking Trip

This is our first time trekking in Nepal. Thanks to our amazing guide Ashok, and his team, seven of us have an amazing trip. They are very friendly and we could not have been looked after better :)

Well supporting from local guides and porters

This is the first time I visit Nepal for trekking and ABC trek is one of memorable trip to me. We received well support from the young and friendly guides Santosh and Asok as well as local porters during the trek

The weather on the trekking route changed quickly from hot to cold, from sunny to rainy and snowy just in 1 day, so be aware of it to prepare enough and suitable clothing for the trip

Great to see another side of Nepal

Nice to get away from the city and see some wildlife. A great 3 days (but a little to long sitting on a bus - 9 hours one way & 8 & 1/4 the other) so would recommend looking at other travel options at least one-way, especially if your short of time. Hotel, food and guide for around the Park were all excellent.

Everest ThreePasses

Bharat ever conscious guide kept me informed of each days activities including time and space. His knowledge each location was outstanding and would explain my questions in great detail. He also advised me of any difficulties we were about to encounter. The lodges he chose for me were exceptional. This is the second time Bharat has been my guide and he gets 10 out of ten. A very good and caring person.

Great choice for a vacation

I made a trek to Everest Base Camp with Ashok in October. Ashok is a very good guide, he speaks English very well so we didn't have any problems with communication. He knew the area well, made sure that we were out on time every day and had the food and water that we needed. If you're considering a trek definitely do it, train well, and book with Ashok. I'll be going again hopefully to summit Island peak.

Beautiful monsoon trek, blessed with sunny days and a glimpse of Machhapuchhre!

Our first overseas trip after 2 years of covid hiatus, and also our first time in Nepal did not disappoint. Booking the tour and communicating with Bishnu was a smooth process.

Our guide, Ashok and porter Roshan were warm and helpful and ensured our accomodation was well taken care of, and our bellies full for the trek! Ashok was flexible with the trek itinerary due to the unpredictable weather and offered us an alternative to maximise our trekking experience.

We were fortunate to catch a clear view of the annapurna and machhapuchhre when the clouds cleared up 😌. We hope to come back to Nepal on another season!

Everest Base Camp

Himalayan Recreation is an excellent company to go with. From pick up from the airport, accommodation, guides, food, overall experience and back to the airport, we were looked after the whole time. Our guide Narayan, was an absolute legend who gave us information throughout the trek and allowed us to experience part of the Nepalese culture. Highly recommend going with Himalayan Recreation!!
