Bharat ever conscious guide kept me informed of each days activities including time and space. His knowledge each location was outstanding and would explain my questions in great detail. He also advised me of any difficulties we were about to encounter. The lodges he chose for me were exceptional. This is the second time Bharat has been my guide and he gets 10 out of ten. A very good and caring person.

Great choice for a vacation

I made a trek to Everest Base Camp with Ashok in October. Ashok is a very good guide, he speaks English very well so we didn't have any problems with communication. He knew the area well, made sure that we were out on time every day and had the food and water that we needed. If you're considering a trek definitely do it, train well, and book with Ashok. I'll be going again hopefully to summit Island peak.

Beautiful monsoon trek, blessed with sunny days and a glimpse of Machhapuchhre!

Our first overseas trip after 2 years of covid hiatus, and also our first time in Nepal did not disappoint. Booking the tour and communicating with Bishnu was a smooth process.

Our guide, Ashok and porter Roshan were warm and helpful and ensured our accomodation was well taken care of, and our bellies full for the trek! Ashok was flexible with the trek itinerary due to the unpredictable weather and offered us an alternative to maximise our trekking experience.

We were fortunate to catch a clear view of the annapurna and machhapuchhre when the clouds cleared up 😌. We hope to come back to Nepal on another season!

Everest Base Camp

Himalayan Recreation is an excellent company to go with. From pick up from the airport, accommodation, guides, food, overall experience and back to the airport, we were looked after the whole time. Our guide Narayan, was an absolute legend who gave us information throughout the trek and allowed us to experience part of the Nepalese culture. Highly recommend going with Himalayan Recreation!!

Challenge and made Everest Base Camp trek

EBC trekking is unfogettable memory for me in my life.
When I decided to challenge EBC, I was so afraid of what may happen during trekking to EBC and my family and friends persuaded not to go EBC because it is too hard and dangerous for my age 64 years.
However, I booked EBC trek of Himalaya Recreation changed from other trekking company and airtickets to Kathmandu to challenge to EBC.
I explained my age to Ms. Nhung and she assigned Mr. Santosh who is the best guide according to her.
I started trekking with Mr. Santosh who tell he is hansome and lucky, and mountain marathoner and even professional doctor, singer....
He always made me not bored under hard walking all days everyday.
He is only 28 years who is much younger than my sons and call me daddy..
In additiin, Ms. Nhung monitored my condition with 24 hours by Zalo through Mr. Santosh and tell him make me happy all the time during trekking.
Finally I made it to EBC without any problem and wa really happy and cried with Mr. Santosh by huggig together and Ms. Nhung sent message of congratulations to me.
I really appreciate Mr. Santish and Ms. Nhung for my EBC trek.
Now I am preparing more treks Mount Kinabalu on Jan, Mount Kilimanjaro on Feb, Moount K2 Base Camp on Mar.......because I have confidence for myself after EBC trek.

Great Company

Great company, who honoured my booking for nearly 4 years due to COVID stopping my original trip. Naryan was an outstanding guide and was great fun. The company were very diligent to look after me once I developed attitude sickness. Thank you for having me.

Best trip of my life

We had have incredible trip, i think it was the most memorable in my life. Nepal so was amazing with small lakes, flowers, friendly and truthful locals, special experieces from simply accomodition and uncustomary and unique "curry food". We have a lots of challenges from AVS symptoms. Our porters team are a friendly bunch of guys who are among the hardest working people I have ever seen and are also among the strongest people I have ever seen. We have a best guide - Narayan, he is extremely knowledgeable, speaks good English, strong and special he worry and take care abt health all of us. We're so luckiest people because we had been joined Diwali festival of Hindus, and Narayan thoughtfully and carefully organized for us to have wonderful memories. I had a big birthday party in Namche Bazzar with cutiest birthday cake i have ever seen - from Narayan with love and kindness. Thank you to everyone who gave me this extremely memorable experience.

Best tour guide Season Baniya!
